SDKare was a welcome change in my healthcare plan.The website is clear and easy to navigate and I was able to complete my checkin without complications. Sophie, the administrative assistant kept in contact throughout my appointment set up. The Doctor was prompt and very thorough. He showed concern in uncovering my health history to offer the appropriate treatment. My medication was available at my area Publix pharmacy quickly following the appointment. Great economical service, with dedicated and passionate staff. The enrollment process was simple. In less then an hour after scheduling the session, we were on call with a doctor. Later in a few hours we had our medication prescriptions ready for pickup. I'd highly recommend the service.![Google]()

I am very pleased with the service I have received at SDKARE. Signing up was relatively easy and straightforward, the appointment with the provider was very helpful and not stressful like other telemedicine appointments can be. The prescription that was originally sent to the pharmacy was incorrect which at first made me nervous but the support team at SDKare went above and beyond to correct the issue and even called the pharmacy to speak with the pharmacist to ensure everything was correct so I could receive my medication with no issues at all. I will be using this service again in the coming months. I specifically want to point out that the Provider’s Assistant Laiba was extremely helpful and stayed in constant communication with me throughout the whole process and correcting my prescriptions.![Google]()

I have struggled with my ADHD for the last 40yrs of my life. I have seen many Drs over the years. Dr. Fernandes was extremely knowledgeable and understood what struggles I was going through and the struggle of weighing side effects vs relief. I'm so grateful I found SDKare last December. I'm relatively new to the platform, but I have been consistently impressed with the quality of their support team. They are incredibly helpful if something comes up at the pharmacy or I have questions, and the appointments/care is convenient yet effective and I'm really happy with their platform across the board. Really appreciate the security that comes with knowing the care team has your back and will advocate for you effectively if you need anything. It's a huge relief and can be hard to find among other platforms, so I highly recommend SDKare and am excited to have a great careplan with a great care team. As far as my opinion on appointments I’ve had and the doctors I’ve talked with, and the nurses that have taken my calls And confirmed my appointments I’ve had nothing but the utmost appreciation for them. TheDoctor presented with a very pleasant demeanor, asked a lot of good questions and allowed me to give him more than one word answers, and listened to my concerns. Appeared to have a genuine interest in giving me the appropriate diagnosis.
