FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You must submit the following documents in order to get an appointment:

  • A completed intake form
  • A valid ID (driver’s license, passport, work authorization card for foreigners)
  • Signed consent forms
  • Past medical records

Each therapy session lasts for 45 minutes.

You’re eligible for a refund before the appointment takes place. Please note that once the appointment has taken place, you will not be refunded.

No, we do not treat minors at this time.

The prescription of medication is based on your doctor’s evaluation. Not every patient necessarily gets the medication; however, if you’re prescribed any, your doctor will send an e-prescription to your preferred pharmacy and you will be able to obtain your medication from there.

As long as reminders are enabled in your profile, you’ll receive an email and/or text reminder containing the Telehealth appointment link 10 minutes before the start time. When you click the Telehealth appointment link, it’ll open in a new tab in your web browser. You’ll need to enter your name before clicking Join Video Appointment.

Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance at the moment.

You will need to book an appointment with our provider in order for him/her to evaluate your condition and decide about your refill.
