How much does a telehealth session cost?
A typical telehealth session ranges between $100 and $150. The cost may vary depending on the provider’s expertise, service type, and session length
How much feedback will I receive after my session?
The level of feedback you receive depends on the nature of your consultation. Providers typically share a summary of findings, recommendations, and next steps through your secure patient portal.
What documents are required to schedule an appointment?
To complete your appointment booking, please prepare the following:
- A completed Intake Form
- A valid government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport, or work authorization card for non-citizens)
- Signed Consent Forms
- Relevant past medical records
How long does a session last?
Session lengths vary based on your specific needs but typically last 30 to 45 minutes.
Can I request a refund?
Yes, you may request a full refund if you cancel your scheduled appointment. We do not offer refunds after the appointment has taken place
Do you provide care for minors?
At this time, we do not provide telehealth services to individuals under 18 years of age.
How are medications prescribed?
Medication is prescribed only after your provider has completed a full clinical evaluation. If appropriate, an e-prescription will be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy.
How will I join my telehealth session?
You’ll receive an email and/or text reminder with a secure link 10 minutes before your session. Just click the link, enter your name, and you’ll be taken directly to the virtual waiting room. No app download is required.
Do you accept insurance?
Currently, we do not accept insurance. All services are self-paid.
Can I get a medication refill?
Yes, but you will need to schedule a new appointment. A provider will assess your condition to determine if a refill is appropriate.
