To complete your appointment booking, please prepare the following:

Yes, you may request a full refund if you cancel your scheduled appointment. We do not offer refunds after the appointment has taken place

At this time, we do not provide telehealth services to individuals under 18 years of age.

Medication is prescribed only after your provider has completed a full clinical evaluation. If appropriate, an e-prescription will be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy.

You’ll receive an email and/or text reminder with a secure link 10 minutes before your session. Just click the link, enter your name, and you’ll be taken directly to the virtual waiting room. No app download is required.

Currently, we do not accept insurance. All services are self-paid.

Yes, but you will need to schedule a new appointment. A provider will assess your condition to determine if a refill is appropriate.
