Refund Policy
At SDKare, we aim to provide quality, safe, and affordable care to our clients
1. Refund After Service:
Clients are not eligible for a refund after the service has been delivered. In short, once the appointment or medical consultation with your provider has taken place, you will not be eligible to obtain a refund of your service fee.
2. Cancellation and Refund:
You may be eligible for a full refund if the appointment is canceled 24 hours before the scheduled date and time. However, any appointment cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment date and time shall be subject to the late-cancellation / no-show fee of $25. The fee shall be deducted from the service charges, and the remaining amount may be refunded to your bank account.
