Met with Dr. Reichman for the first time today. He was detailed in his questions about my history. He actually seemed to give a dang about my panic disorder and what I've been through before. I will definitely be following up with him, even as a cash paying customer. As long as the prescription gets sent to where it is supposed to, we will have zero issues. He seemed like a good guy, but more importantly, a good doctor.

James was empathic and detailed. The support staff (Tiffany and Molly) are incredibly friendly, patient, professional, and responsive.

Dr. Reichman and his staff have been quick to respond to messages and calls and very responsive with my mental health needs. I could not have chose a better doctor or staff. As someone with major anxiety, being able to contact them 24 hours a day helps so much. Dr. Reichman really cares about his patients, takes his time to do what’s best for them and so do his staff. Kindest and most understanding doctor I have been with in the last 10+ years and I am truly blessed for them all. Thank you so much SDkare ❤️

I have been a patient of Dr. Reichman for about six months now. I met him years ago and he is just wonderful! He is patient, kind, empathetic, and brilliant. I see him for my mental health, and I truly believe that he cares about me as a person and wants to help others. I think he’s funny too and I’m very grateful I was able to find him again! The app that SD Kare uses is great and easy to use. On the odd occasion where maybe my phone is messing up or my WiFi is slow and I’m late getting into my appointment, my doctor waits for me and will even give me a call to remind me. Patients really are able to contact someone at SD Kare 24/7 and we will get a response back almost immediately, even at 2am. Speaking of that, can I just say that I adore Tiffany! She’s one of the amazing people there who answers the texts, calls, and emails. She is so sweet and helpful! She can schedule your appointments, she always texts back quickly, she can show you how to navigate the app or upload your ID, and she will even tell you about promo codes for the month to help you even more. She’s very good at what she does 🩷 If you’re looking for an excellent telemedicine company that help to treat multiple conditions, that’s quick and no nonsense, and that has wonderful providers, look no more 🥰 -Caitlin
